FOW armor insignia - Guild Wars Forums

I have a question about the armor that has no attributes for mesmer fow. If i purchase that i will be able to add insignias to it right? I just want to make sure before i go and waste money on worthless armor, thanks!

Yes, that armor is inscribable.
